"Susan was a great realtor for us. She listens to what you're looking for and finds it! I did a lot of my own hunting on Zillow, but she came up with places that I didn't see (not everything is listed on Zillow). She was willing to spend as much time with us as needed. And, even after we found our dream condo, she stayed in touch with us all along the way of the purchase and after we moved in. I would strongly recommend her to anyone! We've had several realtors over the years, it's really nice to find the right one :-)"

"Susan is the best agent I have ever worked with. We were very picky about what we wanted in a house, so we must not have been the easiest customers, but Susan was always prompt, patient, professional and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect place. It's very obvious that she really enjoys what she does. Even when there was nothing to do at the time (while waiting for the probate court decision), Susan kept on top of things, continuously following up with everyone and keeping us informed of what was going on and what to expect. Another thing I personally very much appreciate is that Susan, while she is always there for us when we need her, never comes across as that "pushy salesperson" type that I'm sure most of us have experienced in other real estate agents. Susan obviously understands that sustainable success comes from always doing what's best for her client, and that's exactly what she has done for us. On a personal level, Susan has a very positive attitude and you can tell that she is happy, generous, kind, and balanced. "Susan was recommended to us from another realtor in her office, this person got a promotion and could not show as a result of it. Susan was a great recommendation. She found out what we were looking for, where and the amenities we wanted in our beach house. New her territory and made suggestions that would benefit us and our needs. The strongest point was that she is a great communicator and was responsive to all our questions and was not afraid to say I don't know but will find out, I did not have to call twice for the answers. She always responded in a very timely matter. I recommend Susan highly."
